"HEY! What Are Your Dinner Plans?"
Have you ever been walking through the grocery store and all of a sudden..."HEY! Where are we going to dinner tonight. No I have plenty of time." I have.
People just get the call and don't want to hang up. What if you were discussing something private, you really want the whole store to hear you? I mean I understand when you need to double check what brand of coffee she wants cause you forgot the list, but I do not understand making plans to go to that new restraunt in town. You came to the store to shop not talk on the phone.
While you hear dinner plans being made you can't help but want to yell, "Shut up!"
One day I was walking down isle four and then I hear "No, no I have plenty of time." coming from the next isle, you know what I had to say to that.
"No, no you don't have any time you are at the grocery store trying to shop!"
"What? Wait? What!? Hey who said that?" said the girl in the other isle. I ran away I didn't want to start a fight but boy it felt good to say that.
Why do people do this talking on the phone when they probably know it isn't a good time or place? Well that is a good question, don't they know that they can just call them back when they get in the car? Would they do it if they were on a date with the prettiest girl in town? No. This is what I mean catch up conversations are meant for more private places. And if we don't have time in our lives' to just call someone somewhere else or talk to them in person then we have a bigger issue at hand.
The call needs to be made. Just not in the grocery store.

I really love your essay! Especially the ending. Although in the part where you said "don't they know that they can just call them back when they get in the car.", you need a question mark
